Customer Reviews:

Great product but not a great value.

This is a great product that will save the owner much time. It is a must have for anyone that does home/auto repair. I was trying to remove a rusted nut when I bought this product. I had it off in seconds. I can't say enough on how useful this tool is. I gave it only 3 stars because the Dremel 3956 or 3962 are a better value.

Both the 3956 and 3962 have a variable speed Dremel instead of just a 2 speed Dremel and the 3956 includes the flexable shaft. The price to go from the 2850D to the 3956 is about $10 and the 3962 less than the 2850D. Still you can't go wrong on any of the Dremels.

One of the most useful tools in my shop October 1, 2000Ty Reynolds(Erie, Pa USA)6 out of 6 found this review helpful

This purchase was my first Dremel tool. I've used it to sand, grind, cut and fabricate small pieces or to modify larger pieces. You can do almost anything with one of these things. And with all of the new attachments they are coming out with....it just gets better....buy one...seriously... you wont regret it.

A life saver and a staple in any tool collection

This is a tool that you can't appreciate until you buy it and allow it to "save the day" time after time. Since I purchased this kit I have taken on jobs where I would never have imagined this tool finding an application, and without fail, before the project is finished, I find that I not only put it to use but I would have been stuck at a dead end were it not for this kit. Buy it and let it prove itself you wont be sorry.

Perfect Tool

I've used this tool mainly for metal works. It's good for those detail works some people face. It's a slow job working with metal but if you have patience it's accomplish what you're working on. I recommend this for anyone. I haven't worked on other material such as plastic but should be easy enough with this tool.

Dremel 761-03 7,000/14,000 RPM Cordless Pet Nail Grooming Rotary Tool : Bosch Tools

Make grooming your pet's nails a safe, fast, and calming experience with the Dremel 761-03 Cordless Pet Nail Grooming kit. Because it grinds nails rather than cutting them, this handy tool helps prevent bleeding nail beds, cracked nails, or nicks.

At the same time, the 761-03 is quiet enough that its noise soothes rather than startles a nervous pup.

Save Time, Money, and Stress

Grooming your pet doesn't have to mean expensive trips to a professional or noisy tools that terrify your pet. Instead, the Dremel 761-03 Cordless Pet Nail Grooming kit saves both money and stress by giving you the option of taking care of your pet where he is most comfortable--at home.

In fact, with this tool you can grind nails whenever your pet is most relaxed, or quickly groom him a little each day so his nails stay clean and healthy.

Lightweight, Easy-Maneuver Design

Weighing less than one pound, and featuring durable yet lightweight plastic housing, the Cordless Pet Nail Grooming kit is easy to handle and hold, even if your pet is squirming. It's also a snap to maneuver, allowing you to access your pet's nails from a variety of different angles.

And you'll never have to worry about cords getting in the way or tangling around your dog; the Dremel Cordless Pet Nail Grooming kit conveniently takes four "AA" batteries (not included).

Pet and User Friendly

The Dremel 761-03 Cordless Pet Nail Grooming kit is both user- and pet-friendly. More efficient than a file, and safer than traditional cutters, it delivers quick, pain-free results. When you first introduce the tool to your pet, simply turning it on and running it for a few minutes gives Champ the chance to get used to the sound.

Start with a low speed and trust the rotary action to gently sand nails. And keep in mind that during the first few sessions, you can opt to sand in short bursts, alternating from paw to paw, both to make sure each nail has a chance to cool down and to keep your pet comfortable.

To make the grooming experience as pleasant as possible, the Dremel 761-03 Cordless Pet Nail Grooming kit includes five grinding drums as well as a wrench for changing them. It is backed by a two-year warranty.

Skil HD5510 6.5 amp 5-1/2-inch Circular Saw : Bosch Tools

We'd wager that about 95 percent of the instances you use a circular saw, this little dynamo would be your saw of choice.

Stacked up next to the 7-1/4-inch saws, some of which weigh twice as much as this one, it sacrifices nothing in power or performance, but it's so much easier to use that the bigger boys in your toolbox would be gathering some dust.

It's an amazingly light 6-1/2 pounds, and quite honestly, it feels like a toy when you first pick it up. But don't be fooled by its petite dimensions. It plows across a 2-by-8 like nobody's business, and if you're used to a bigger, heavier circular saw, you can't help but be delighted by how beautifully it handles.

Taking it through a ¾-inch sheet is a joyride.

The left-side blade is perfect for right-handers, offering a nice clear sightline, and all the adjustments are convenient and easy to use. The bevel lever is up front, and the action is smooth and easy to set precisely.

Depth of cut adjusts from the back, and that, too, is done easily.

If there are any caveats, we think it would be only that your capacity is slightly less with this little Skil as opposed to a bigger model, in that you can't cut a 45-degree bevel on 2-by stock with this, and you're at your max depth of cut at 90 degrees on a 2-by.

For everything else, this is an absolute beauty of a saw that will never tax your back, your shoulder or your arm.

Contractors who find themselves climbing ladders or working on scaffolds will especially love this saw, as well as homeowners who don't feel confident taking on a beefy saw but still want to get the job done. --Kris Jensen-Van Heste
